(as the patient),

I come to the thomas linacre centre for my hearing aids changed and new batteries. Things always run smooth and the staff here are always very good. Everyone is superb.

Thank you for your commends regarding the Audiology Services at Thomas Linacre Centre and it was very satisfying to see that this service always runs smoothly for you.

I shall pass your comments to the Manager for the Audiology Service so that they can pass these to the appropriate staff.
