"they really listened to me"

About: Wrightington, Wigan and Leigh NHS Foundation Trust

(as the patient),

I have been to the Thomas Linacre Centre for a glucose test. I found all the staff very nice. At one point I felt faint so they put me in a separate room. I felt like they really listened to me and I don't think they could have done any better.

I really like they send you a leaflet out before hand about the tests so you know what to expect. I found this very helpful.

Thank you for your very positive comments about the outpatient services at the Thomas Linacre Centre, it was very satisfying to hear that the staff looked after you well, particularly when you felt faint. I'm really pleased that our patient information leaflet was helpful to you and that this prepared you for what was to happen.

I shall pass your comments to the appropriate department so that they can share in this very positive feedback.
