Suffer with spinal injury tried for 2 weeks to get an appointment every time I phone they told me there was no appointments was phoning twice a day.

Passed 2 weeks my pain has been awful so I decided I’d go the walk in centre the nurse was lovely and told me they can give me painkillers but it would only been the same as what I’m already taking so she asked if it was okay to phone my doctors on my behalf 8 said yes after 10 mins of talk8ng on the phone and trying to explain to the receptionist how much I needed an appointment and then a further 5 mins on hold she was told a doctor would phone me by 6:30 with a prescription ready for me to pick up I never got that phone call the next day I phone at 8am on the dot to get an appointment they had nothing asked them about the phone call I was supposed to get the day before they didn’t even have it on record for anyone to phone me got told to phone back at 1pm so I did once again no appointments asked to talk to a doctor on the phone they said that’s classed as an appointment and they haven’t got any so another day in pain unadulterated to do anything and the doctors don’t care at all.

Really don’t wast your time even registering there is no point unless your 100% healthy and never need to see a doctor.
