"Rude lady at desk in waiting room D"

About: Corbett Hospital / Gynaecology

My daughters appointment was at 3:45 I arrived early, when I asked politely if the consultant was running late as it was half an hour later than my appointment, the lady at the desk snapped that I should ask one of the gynaecology staff and she was a different department.

When I I said I didn’t know who they were she then snapped she would show me. I had slightly snapped that I didn’t know who they were because she didn’t need to snap at me for asking a civil question.
