What I liked
I was treated in A&E Sat 20 Aug which was exceptionally busy. The Reception and Triage were very short staffed (1 of each), but were polite, friendly and efficient. The two people I saw during two trips to x-ray were fantastic. The nurse was exceptional, funny, lively, put my mind at ease, made me laugh and more importantly did their job well. I got the impression they were an excellent team that were on that night. Well Done.
What could be improved
An extra Triage nurse and Receptionist.
