The Renal department of Charing Cross is an absolute disgrace, i would never reccomend this hospital to anyone who wants some compassion for the treatment they are going through. Dialysis is supposed to fit in with your life, this doesn't apply when you have to wait in for phone calls to tell you the time you are to arrive and pester staff about the worsening symptions and conditions occuring which are not usual!
