What I liked

I have recently received a full knee replacement at Hilton Main Ward.The care and consideration from start to finish ,from consultation/diagnosis,pre med and operation was that worthy of any private hospital in the country.The staff throughout work tirelessly and professionally at all times,no matter what the care and dignity of the patient is their primary consideration.The ward and the hospital should not have to be in the shadows of other establishments,but be the flagship and heights that other hospitals should strive to achieve.The recent stay has for me made the return visit for the other knee replacement to be something to look forward to rather than dread.

I hope(no i know) that all the staff concerned with the impending return trip for the other knee, continue to work with such a good ethic and belief that their care and consideration is and will be recognised and appreciated,it is with all the patients i have spoken to, And that the higher archy realise what a gem that is being nurtured and built by the hard working staff . Improvements...why fix something that is workingso well,the only thing that needs doing is to ensure that the hospital keeps upthe very high standards its achieved and that the hospital and staff gets the recognition that is richly deserved ...The questionairres i personnally think should not be anonymous allowing it to not be a "tick box " excercise.......Many thanks all involved with Hilton Main Ward and my operation and speedy recovery...Till next time ,Pete Lawrence
