"A really professional and caring service"

I received minor surgery to remove 3x lipomas. The surgeon, both during consultation and on the day of surgery was helpful, friendly, and gave an excellent amount of information at a level that was suitable for me. (I am in the vet profession).

The nurses were lovely - really caring and thoughtful - both at admission and during and after the procedure. They checked in on me throughout the procedure to check I was ok, and were professional and very competent.

I was really, really impressed with the level of service I received, and it made something that could be potentially quite a stressful experience, really straightforward and easy to deal with.
