Please inform the Medical Team at Worcester Royal Hospital what a caring, professional team they are including the Ambulance Crew.  From the moment a family member arrived at the hospital.  Care, dedication and attention was shown to them and us, the family were taken care of, by given a quiet family room, we were informed at all times by the Doctor how the patient was, what was going to be done for them and how they were responding.  The person who dealt with the family member in the ambulance also enquired after them.  The Auxileries offered us refreshments and took care of us too.

A BIG THANK YOU TO EVERYONE FOR THE CARE AND COMPASION SHOWN.
