"Decline of a practice"

About: Cambridge Medical Group

I have been a patient of this practice in all of its forms for all of my 74 years. It was an excellent practice until the new regime took over. Both my wife and I have long term medical problems but find it very hard to get an appointment in a reasonable period of time. All the doctors seem to work part-time and hold surgeries only 2 or 3 days a week. Telephoning for an appointment is a waste of time. I now go in at 08.00 when the practice opens. It is not the fault of the admin staff or nurses, they do their best. If we were younger we would just try to find another GP but other practices will be reluctant to take on older people with medical problems. My wife has Parkinson's disease and not having confidence in her GP practice is not improving her situation.

I am sorry to hear of your concern and I apologise for the delay in our response. Kindly get in touch with the practice and one of the doctors would be happy to speak with you.
