"waiting for surgery"

About: Medway Maritime Hospital / Diabetic medicine

(as a relative),

my husband is in hospital with a gangrene infection. He spent 1 week in one ward waiting for a bed then spent another week in that ward waiting for bed in a different ward had treatment came home. hes  under diebetic care unit 9 at medway she gave one look at his foot and sent him back to the ward to have infection removed hes already had 2 strokes he crys with pain in bed.  When I ask about his surgery as we were told it was a emergency  we were told hes on a list we have been hearing this for 5 days.  I said  every day you say on list the nurse said well dont come in every day then.
