"Shocking and dismissive attitude"

I really dislike the fact that I have t use this place. I've never been treated with any time or care about my condition. I suffer from a serious mental health problem that means I get an appointment with this place every 3-6 months. Which is not enough but with the lack of interest they offer me when I visit I guess it's a blessing.

There is absolutely no care or interest from the doctors I've seen. Dismissing my concerns with my condition and the symptoms I suffer from and ignoring my history or reactions I've had to medications.

Last visit I waited over half an hour to be seen for 5 minutes. My doctor quickly read over my case asked how I felt about the medication I was given which wasn't great (You have no strong contact with them if that's the case for a medication you just get left to deal with it until they send you the next appointment) So we agreed to change meds. I was offered a medication that did not work for me when I took it a few years back and landed me in a psychiatric unit but hey ho! he wanted to try it out so tough luck on me. He also told me I should use a Mindfulness app (Which you have to pay for) as treatment and that he'd see me in six months.

I do not feel this is suitable for someone with a condition like mine which is Schizoaffective disorder. I felt like I was nothing but an annoyance and my experience with my condition didn't matter to them in the slightest and have now been left handling my own condition without an effective medication or any one to help out with it. It has actually been six months since my last appointment and I've received nothing from the team to indicate I've not another appointment. So I'm left in this limbo with no medical care which is incredibly difficult.
