What I liked

I was seen by the Consultant at the Central Outpatients Dept in Newcastle Staffs. I was told I would need an operation and given the choice of an 18 week wait at the above hospital or be seen almost immediately at Stafford Hospital. I opted to be treated at Stafford Hospital and found the whole procedure from start to finish nothing short of excellent. From helpful and friendly booking in staff right through to the Consultant visiting me on the ward after the operation, to see how I was doing. I urge anyone given the choice between this hospital and any other to seriously consider Stafford as you will be treated and cared for extremely well.
