(as a parent/guardian),

My daughter injured her knee quite badly and has been treated by Miss MacMillan at the Crosshouse Orthopedic Department. The care has been excellent. Miss MacMillan is a knee specialist, her ability to relate to my daughter was brilliant, she always talked through things very clearly with us both.

She referred my daughter  to the MSK unit for physiotherapy where the staff have all taken a keen interest in my daughter's knee  and her recovery progress. The physio  is ongoing  and she is still under the care of Miss MacMillan.

All of the staff from the receptionist to the consultant have been brilliant.

Dear Appreciative daughter of health care user,

Thank you so much for taking time to tell us about your daughter's care by Miss MacMillan and the staff, including the MSK team. You don't mention what age your daughter is but no matter how young (or old) your child is, it is always concerning when they have an injury. I am so glad to hear that all your daughter's care has been excellent and Miss MacMillan has looked after your daughter so well. I will be delighted to pass this to everyone to share.
