"Orthodontic care"

(as a parent/guardian),

My daughter has been having orthodontic treatment for the past twenty  months and would recommend this service very much. My daughter has had really great care, all the staff have been very friendly, they have put put across their messages about dental care very clearly and in a way my daughter is able to understand and  remember them. the treatment they have given has been very prompt and very kindly. Everyone from the consultant, Mr Morrant to the nurses, especially Evelyn, and the  receptionists have been very helpful.

Dear Appreciative daughter of health care user,

It sounds as if you have both spent a lot of time in with the Orthodontic team, making it especially good to hear how well your daughter's treatment has gone. When the treatment is over such a long time, I expect it could have been easy for your daughter to be put off dental care. It is a real testament to the team that they have provided all that was required and in such a friendly, kindly way.

Thank you for such a lovely post, I am sure the team will Mr Morrant, the nurses, receptionists and Evelyn will appreciate it very much.
