"We have always had wonderful care from this..."

We have been a part of the surgery for a long time. I myself came recently to see the doctor with my wife with what turns out to be a form of vertigo, the doctor was brilliant, and I am on the right medication and feel great. Everywhere has difficulty in getting appointments. My neighbours at other surgeries wait weeks. The staff here are incredibly helpful. Any emergency has been dealt with so well. The reception staff work terribly hard and it is very upsetting to see some abuse that they receive while ive been waiting in reception. The staff do their very best to get the earliest appointments, they care about their patients and want to help, but if appointments are full we have to wait and I would never take this out on the staff. I would have changed long ago if I thought this was a poor surgery because as I get get older I have more medical needs-sadly!
