What I liked

Attended for an ERPC, was worried about the procedure and generally a bit scared of hospitals, but the level of care was absolutely excellent. Waiting times were a bit long but I was continuously informed about what would happen next. All the doctors and nurses that dealt with me did so in a caring and dignified way, especially the nurse who stayed with me as I was coming out of general anaestethics. Generally very impressed with the level of service, felt safe and very well taken care of. Will not hesitate to choose St Georges Hospital again.

What could be improved

Toilets could have been cleaner, otherwise great.
