(as a service user),

I want to highlight the exceptional service I received at my first antenatal appointment and scan. Every member of staff I encountered was professional and  friendly. I was made to feel at ease and was well informed at all points of my appointment.   The sonographer Lauren was pleasant, informative  and reassuring. She has a lovely manner with patients.
