Greeted by lovely smiley faces. Staff very polite and welcoming no problems at all. Very helpful, Special thanks to Julie the nurse and Tracy the health care who both looked after me, showing care and compassion at all times.

Many thanks for taking the time to post your lovely feedback about your trip to endoscopy at Pilgrim Hospital.

Attending for an Endoscopy procedure can be very daunting for anyone and to know that staff showed you the care and compassion to make that easier for you is very good to hear.

As Matron for Endoscopy I am always pleased to have assurance that staff deliver care in a compassionate way to all our patients.

I will ensure that the staff on the unit and particularly the staff you named are aware of you kind feedback
