"My mother-in-law was a patient at Opal House"

About: Wythenshawe Hospital / Older people's healthcare

(as a relative),

my mother-in-law was a patient at Opal House Wythenshaw Hospital and was treated shamefully, left on her own, no motivation I.e no magazines, no TV. We felt the duty of care by the staff was non- existent. She had four falls, staff didn't seem interested.  Her experience at Opal House was very, very poor.
