Many thanks for taking the time to post comments about the recent experience of your daughter when she was looked after in the Emergency Department at the Cumberland Infirmary on 18/4/18. I will pass on your comments to the Matron for the area to share with the team who work really hard to deliver caring and compassionate care in a very demanding environment - and they will really appreciate getting this feedback.
