From the moment I checked into the unit for my colonoscopy I was treated with dignity and respect. I was very nervous but needn’t have been as ALL the staff from Reception through to the treatment room were friendly courteous and totally professional within their roles. They put me at ease, explained the procedure in detail as carried out their Roles perfectly. I was thrilled to have had a clear result and feel happy and grateful that I am monitored every 3years due to family history screening. I am particularly grateful to one particular staff member and her team whom provided my screening and care. Also the team of professionals in aftercare were attentive, caring, uplifting and totally professional. Thank you to you all.
