"Falier in duty of care"

About: Hedgemans Medical Centre

doctor decided to change mum medication due to cost mum had allergic reaction to them . Went in to doctor surgery to request mum go back on to the origanal medication given by the hospital who removed mum breast cancer .

spoke to receptionist at the surgery on the 4 th of march 2018 exsplained problem said will sort out . went to boots as rerquested to pick up new medication none sent across . back to surgery reseptionist advised she did not order as mum had enough until end of the month , so no message of a allergic reaction was past on to doctor so had to exsplain over again said will sort out . went to boots no medication precription sent across . back to surgery now nurse is sorting out given mum a month worth of tablets gone back to boots for mum 2 monthly precription still not been sort back to doctors surgrey said it would be sorted even called me on 25 th april to comfirm been to boots this morning doctors not sign it so no medication again . 7 weeks to sort out tried to call them but phone line closed reaily not happy with duty of care reguarding my mum
