"Very disappointment in service after baby born"

I had this miracle baby after trying for 11 years, the service before on ward through the pregnancy magnificent.

But after being on the ward for me as a first time mum service was not good, needed help feeding they only spent 10 mins that’s it. My cannula was bleeding and after telling 4 nurses and waiting over four hours they came and taken it out. Also I ask the night nurse to help feed my daughter she goes they already should you for 10mins do it like that.

So she was born on Tuesday, discharged on Wednesday. Was re-admitted on Friday around 5.00pm, they taken us to a room for my baby to have photo treatment, they put her in the machine and she was crying none stop and seeing her like that effecting me emontinal and mentally. I went and told them they said they were getting her a bibble blanket, this was at 6.00pm and after asking and asking she got it finally the next day at 4.00pm. Also she was not even on the system, so we had no tags or obs done until late Saturday evening.

For a first time mum who was at high risk, also my daughter born with a small weight and I had so many scans to show she is on the small side. The service I got was really bad form the night nurses.
