What I liked

The staff were very friendly and helpful and made you feel cared for. The Consultant Surgeon and the Anesthetist explained the procedure to me and were most helpful.

What could be improved

I reported to the Recpetion at 1000hrs as required and then was left waiting in the reception area for over an hour without any explanation. When I went to enquired what the problem was I was told that there had been some problems with a previous patient. It would have been helpful and professional for the reason for the delay to be annouced to waiting patients.

Anything else?

The Centre is an excellent facility.
