I can not fault the level of support and care I’ve received from all of the team at Jenner House throughout my illness.

I’ve never had a problem getting an emergency appointment when I’ve needed one and any referral has been actioned promptly and without delay.

I’ve found the continuity of care to be fantastic and nothing is too much trouble.

I’ve not always been able to see my own doctor but as they have team meetings to review cases I know I’m being very closely monitored.

If there’s one area of frustration would be the phone system, it can be difficult to get through and sometimes the phone can be left ringing for a while until they answer, but that is a small price to pay.

There’s the odd occasion where I just need to speak to a doctor rather than make an appt to see them, they’ve always phoned back promptly and have been very helpful.

My father who is immobile and frail is unable to go into the surgery and I cannot fault the promptness of Home visits and follow up medication if required.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave your fantastic comments. We introduced the triage system approximately a year ago and it has proved to be invaluable to patients who require treatment more urgently. We do indeed have a weekly Clinical Meeting where all of our clinical staff can meet to discuss how we can support our patients from a 'whole team' perspective, I am in fact the Chair of the meeting and they are pivotal to the work we do.

You will be very pleased to hear that we are currently having a new telephone system installed. The new phone system will have a queuing facility which can hold significantly more patients in a queue and will tell you your place number. This should be fully functional by the end of this week, all going to plan.

We really do value and learn from all feedback, both positive & negative, left by our patients. We are constantly evaluating our practice to ensure we deliver the best possible care for our patients and your feedback is greatly appreciated. We will share this with the whole of our practice team.
