"Best surgery I have been a patient at"

For me this is the best surgery I been registered at. I have found that all the staff are friendly and helpful with any queries or problems I've had. Whenever we see are doctor it always feels like we are remembered as people rather than just as another number.

Recently I had a problem with one of my daughters prescriptions being sent over to the pharmacy. They sorted it out really quickly for me and I couldn't of asked for them to do more.

Also after suffering with pain down one side of my lower back and stomach, constipation and constant urine infections for ages , the doctors here were the only ones to send me for a scan. I was diagnosed with large stones in my kidney and was sent to a specialist at the hospital.

I am now on my third pregnancy and have visited the midwife at the surgery for all three.

I have every confidence with all aspects of the surgery and all the staff, from the doctors to the midwife to the reception staff.
