"Out Patient visit"

About: Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham

I went with my daughter to the fracture clinic, unfortunately, the care home where she lives had not checked the appointment properly and the letter said it had been cancelled and re-scheduled. my daughter is in a wheelchair and has slight memory problems so had only been given the letter as she got into the ambulance transport. (I met her there)

However what I want to say is a huge 'Thank You' to all the staff who helped put the situation right. The man on the desk on area 2, the lady who stopped us to ask if we needed help and went to the fracture clinic to speak on our behalf and then the lady on the desk there who arranged for the doctor to see us. I am so grateful for their help as we did feel complete idiots!
