"Waiting time"

I waited 1 hour 40 minutes to be seen, only to be refused an x-ray. We were packed into a small waiting room like sardines, with little to no communication. If you can get to Stamford hospital, go there instead. They have a walk-in centre and my GP tells me that that they give x-rays to walk-in patients.
