(as a parent/guardian),

My 9 yr old had an op/procedure  and I wanted to say how amazing the staff were. From coming into the department to leaving everyone was welcoming, professional and so caring. In particular our nurse Theresa, the anaesthetist Rachel and consultant Mr Speakman. Not only were they wonderful with my little patient, they were really very reassuring and caring with me.

Thank you for sharing your kind comments following your recent visit to the day surgery with your child. It is a pleasure to read you felt so reassured and looked after whilst your child was undergoing treatment. I appreciate this can be a distressing time for any parent.
