"Excellent practice"

I don’t have to go to the doctors often and was plesently surprised this week when I did.

I am originally a Hollies Pateint and couldn’t fault the practice.

Since Merging there seems to have been many changes

I queued up from 8.15 am, I was about 10th in the queue and worried about being late to work. When I got to reception I was asked the reason for my appointment. At first I though hang on what’s this got to do with you, but when I said I though I had a water infection the receptionist explained that I did not need to see a Doctor. I could leave a sample, fill in a short form and the nurses would dip the sample. If there was an infection a prescription could be sent to a chemist of my choice.

This was brilliant, I didn’t have to wait to see the doctor and miss time off work.

I received a call later that morning and a prescription was sent to the chemist.
