What I liked

A few days ago my daughter attended Ward 21 for an overnight stay for elective surgery for tonsil/adenoid removal and grommets. We were both welcomed onto the ward and the staff took every opportunity to make the whole experience as relaxed as possible for my daughter. The care by the ward staff and theatre staff was fantastic. A much less traumatic experience than expected. Thank you.

Anything else?

While we were in hospital a very young boy was on the ward and had been for some time. The care and attention given to this little boy was outstanding. His mother wasn't present on the day we were in hospital and all the staff took time out of their busy days to spend time with him. It showed how dedicated the staff in Ward 21 are. Well done.
