Many thanks to the orthopaedic hand specialist consultant, anaesthetist, theatre support staff and recovery room staff who never left my side until I was stable and ready to be unplugged from monitoring. Many thanks also to the ward staff, in the next step of recovery, making sure I could get up without falling over and handing over of care to my son.
Everyone was very professional and to let you know I appreciate the heartfelt care given every step of the way very much.
You are all doing an amazing job.
