We do appreciate these frustrations, however we would add that pressure on NHS and Primary Care is a national problem. We would advise that lots of health issues could be addressed by self help through NHS Choices and 111 in the first instance.

We are proactive in trying to address the issue of the car park being used by people who are not patients with the practice. We are also actively addressing the phone system to allow for call waiting.
