What I liked
I'm being treated for age-related wet macular degeneration and have visited both the assessment clinic and the 'procedures' clinic many times over the past 4 years. Although at times the clinics get very busy and can run behind time, the staff are always friendly and helpful. I was saddened to read that the hospital had a poor overall national review earlier in the year, as my treatment - albeit as an outpatient - has always been absolutely fine.
What could be improved
Perhaps the time-keeping.
Anything else?
Car parking can be a problem at certain times of the day, as is trying to second guess how long to pay for. This can be stressful when the clinics are running late.
