About: Dartford and Gravesham NHS Trust

Have tried ringing for an appointment with radiology dept. for an appointment. Have rung some 20 times both a.m. and p.m. Without success. 'phone rings but no message tells me that I should ring later as dept is busy etc. It seems as if either dept. Is not taking calls or no person is in attendance.

Number I was given by my surgery is 01322 428554. What is going on?

Dear Mr Howsam

The number you have been given by your surgery is a fax number, hence why it would not be answered - the Trust also no longer uses fax machines. The correct telephone numbers you require for the Radiology Department are: 01322 428568 or 01322 428569. As we do not know which surgery gave you this incorrect information we are unable to notify them of this, so could you inform your surgery of the correct numbers on our behalf.
