It's with a heavy heart I give such a negative review of a dept where I had pinned my hopes of some expert help and advice been offered to my daughter.
The consultant behaved in a very unprofessional manner swigging from a bottle of water throughout the interview.
He repeatly asked for dates and medication, seemed confused and not listening to what was been relayed.
The consultant was supposedly to have an interest in ME/ CFS but did little to convey that. Not once asking pertinent questions.
The session ended with a throw away comment that my daughter should seek advice from a neurologist as she may have MS.
A very unhelpful and soul destroying consultation for my daughter.
