Working on reception myself in the medical environment I expect to be treated in the same way i great and handle patients.The member of staff on reception is very abrupt to patients on the phone and face to face.
There is no data protection in place when waiting in reception I heard the patients name,medication and which Gp they last saw.
With the new data protection laws in it was very wrong.
