I phoned regarding an outpatients appointment today and after starting at no 41 in the queue 2 hrs and 39 mins later I'm now no 3 in the queue and have been for the last 20 mins .. with today's technology and the amount of unemployed people surely it would make more sense to employ more clerks !!!!!!!!
