"Rude stafg"

I called today to make an appoitment for a scan because I was diagnosed with pregnancy of unknow location and I don’t know who picked up the phone,but she didn’t understood my date of birth and she start laughing and asked me if I don’t know my date of birth.After long waiting because she couldn’t find my blood test results in the system she told me to ask my gp to make me an appoitment.I found her attitude rude and I was very dissapointed.Otherwise I was happy with the service.
