What I liked

I very much liked the reception staff. I came to the hospital for the review for the third time and I must say, two of the three times a have a pleasure to speak to the lady who is the kindest person in the world I must say (working for NHS). I was also able to observe her working with the patients and I have noticed that she is really good what she does. Not only her nice approach but also the way how she deals with patients. But not only me I could just add that the other patients had a very positive opinion about her. Well done!

Very nice choice as an employee! I do not have actually a nice opinion about the doctors and nurses they were obscure and unpleasant to most of the patients! Hospital toilets were not well maintained.
