"Excellent service from all staff."

I have always been treated with respect and dignity. I have never felt pressurised for time when with any member of the medical staff. I have always left a consultation fully informed. Unlike some people I am happy to wait when Doctors are running late. God forbid this practice ever puts timing before patients. Also, having had experience of highly qualified consultants, I have learned that answers to problems are not always straightforward. If your treatment/diagnoses does not help the problem, go back to your doctor and stop moaning! Overall my wife and I are more than satisfied with the practice and feel lucky to be patients here.
