I hate it now I have just tried to get through on phone to make a 5min appointment for a B12 injection and 7 calls in front, I can't sit and listen to that really bad music, I had already been on the phone for 10min.

I'm sorry but I'm sure I'm not the only one who will tell you there's no care there anymore, you are really really bad.

Answer that one if you can?

Thank you for your feedback, I am sorry that you have had difficulty contacting us by telephone and that you were held in a queue.

We do receive a high volume of calls and our Reception Teams work hard to process each call as safely and as quickly as we can.

Our lines are open between 08:00am and 18:30pm and are sometimes quieter in the afternoons.

That said, we do appreciate that telephone waiting times at our Sheepmarket Site are longer than they should be at the moment.

This is due to a technical problem caused by the volume of calls and by a change in the proportion of calls being made to each of our Stamford sites.

We are working on this at the moment and are currently upgrading our telephone system and working with BT to connect the telephone systems at both of our sites so that all incoming calls can be answered in either location.

This work is on-going - BT are onsite this week to complete some of the work - and we are hoping to have this completed very soon and for any waiting times to reduce back to what they used to be.
