"Well cared for"

Words cannot begin to explain how fantastic the doctors and radiographers were at York A&E on Sunday. My little girl had fractured her leg and after waiting almost 2 hours in the waiting room with her and my son I cannot fault the care she was given and the support given to me. The doctor gave her pain relief straight away and was unbelievably patient as my daughter was quite distressed. Equally in the x-ray department, they were quick, patient and explained fully what was going to happen to my daughter. Two nurses then came to put on a plaster cast on and they were brilliant with both of my children. Thank you so much for making my daughters trauma a bit easier!
