"Excellent care"

I recently had a scare because of finding a lump in my breast. The reception staff were very prompt in giving me an emergency appointment. When I arrived I was in a state. The doctor was very calm and called the nurse during the examination. The nurse was so kind and caring at an especially scary time. The doctor was very professional and understanding and got me a hospital referral for just a few days later. I was very impressed by the professionalism and kindness shown to me at a time when I was emotionally vulnerable. Thank you so much!
