I was shocked to be spoken to the way I did, called up asking for an urgent X-Ray appointment and got told that the wait was a week. Fine, but when I ask if there’s none any sooner than that I get a very blunt “no” and spoken to like I’m a piece of dirt on the ground, it’s unacceptable!!

Why apply for a job in customer service when you don’t have the service skills?!!

No “thank you” or anything not even a goodbye!! And they wonder why nobody wants to go to Russell’s Hall, absolute joke!
