About: Beccles & District War Memorial Community Hospital

This Hospital has the most courteous and helpful receptionists that I have encountered in the NHS. It would be good if they could go on a road show to train others in customer service; Lord knows, it's desperately needed.

Thank you for this feedback. It has been passed to the Administration Manager who has shared it with the reception team and higher management.

I am glad to hear that our staff have been such good ambassadors for East Coast Community Healthcare.
