"Brilliant Walk In Experience"

I have nothing but praise for the service I received on the evening of Thursday 19 April 2018, when I had need to get treatment for an Eye problem that was causing me to doubt if I was safe to drive home [140 odd miles] the next day.

All staff I encountered at the centre were helpful and efficient, the Receptionist, the Triage Nurse and the Lady Doctor who was most thorough in dealing with my problem, even to the extent of consulting the duty Optometrist at Eastbourne hospital and even trying to get me an appointment. But as I don't have a mobile phone this wasn't and option ??

However a prescription was issued, and the next morning was obtained and administered to very good effect enabling me to safely compete my journey home.

I hope my appreciation of the staff involved can view my comments, as I wish to thank them sincerely for their service in enabling me to get home.
