What I liked

All staff were a total credit to the NHS - nurses, support staff, consultant and anaesthetist.

They took time to explain everything about my procedure properly.

I was nervous about pain but was given general anaesthetic and felt no pain or discomfort whatsover upon coming round.

All staff took hygiene/infection control seriously.

What could be improved

Had to wait a couple of hours for treatment after arriving at the Day Surgery Unit but not a problem.

We are sorry to hear that you had to wait a few hours on arrival at the day surgery unit, and hope you were offered an explanation for the delay.
