"CANCELLATION OF APPOINTMENT"

About: Clacton Hospital

I haven't actually made it to the hospital, but had to tick some thing. My complaint is about APPOINTMENTS ONLY.

I booked on-line for the earliest appointment which WAS 20th June. After receiving two letters last week at once, one being notification of first appointment and the other confirmation of appointment, i then get another letter today saying my appointment has been cancelled, no reason what so ever. If i haven't received another appointment in TWO weeks to contact the hospital.

My appointment is with Gynaecology to discuss HRT.

I am already suffering with the symptoms and having to wait till 20th june was long enough (to long) and now who knows when i will get to see some one.

I don't know how an appointment can be cancelled this far a head with no reason or with no appointment attached.

I think the waiting time is atrocious, if you suffer with symptoms and exhausted your time with the doctor and then your let down by the hospital, what hope is there.
